Hardy Boys vs Generation Me by Chris Gross

We have had a lot of amazing tag teams and a lot of tag teams that were, well lets just say not so great. Two tag teams that I would love to see go at it would be the Hardy boys and Generation me. Some may not know who Generation me is, well they where a tag team in TNA and they are brother's like Matt and Jeff are. Generation me is the team of Max and Jeremy. A lot of people say they look like the Hardy's did when they made there WWE debut back in the 80's. The only thing different about Generation me and the Hardy's boys is both Max and Jeremy are high flyer's. I know many of you will say wait right there Matt is a high flyer to, yes and no he does do high flying but that's like a leg drop pretty much, Matt is more like the guy with the power moves for the Hardy's. Both teams have moves that makes the crowd go wow did that really just happen, they bring you to the edge of your seats waiting to see whats going to happen next. Even though it would be a match that will have you on the edge of your seats but i would have to end up giving the Hardyz the win. The reson is they are more experienced then Generation me and the Hardyz have a lot of epic matchs under their belts thank you but Hardys win this one easy

Thanks for reading do you think I picked the right team? Let me know in the comment section below

Fantasy Match Up of the Week: Kane vs Abyss

Written by- Chris Gross

Do you like to see monsters in wrestling? I do, and I'll name two of them that I would love to see and that would be the Big Red Machine Kane and TNA's monster Abyss. both are 6 foot tall monsters.

Lets talk about Kane. At times I don't like how WWE uses Kane but that's not why you are reading this instead, lets venture into Kane's strengths. Kane is a dominating force that is willing to brawl with anyone who is brave enough too. He also loves to set people on fire and bury people alive.

Now onto Abyss, he loves to play with barbwire and thumbtacks in my opinion I think Abyss is a little too hardcore for the monster Kane to handle, with the barbwire and thumbtacks, Kane has a disadvantage against Abyss. Kane has the brawling ability, fire and burying people on his side this has its advantages and disadvantages. Abyss has been set on fire so the only thing that gives Kane the upper hand is burying people alive which, if you add that up that's 1 out of 4 odds for Kane to win against the monster Abyss

In the end though, I believe that the Monster Abyss would come out on top over Kane. Abyss just has too many weapons in his favor. Will Kane make it a fight? Of course he will that is why this is a fantasy match up, as it would be a rough and tough fought match.

Final Decision: Abyss

Thanks for reading and make sure to come back every Saturday where I will be giving my fantasy match up of the week. Also, don't forget to comment on who you think would win and some fantasy match ups you would like to see discussed.

Power Rankings RAW 9/24/12

Power Rankings of RAW 9/24

What up Suswrestling readers, Each and every Thursday I will give you new power rankings! Now this week is a little bit different, I usually watch RAW on Thursdays so I've only watch last weeks RAW. I figured that was a great place to start so here..... we...... go!

#10. The Big Show

The Big Show made his return to RAW after being off the show for over a month, by coming out during Brodus Clay and Tensais' match and giving the WMD knockout punch to both superstars. As we saw on Smackdown, he also now the number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship.

#9 Rhodes Scholars

This newly formed team of Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow, have been on a roll lately and it continued this week. They attacked the tag team champions, Team Hell No, on RAW to send a message that the champs have a target on their back. You have to expect this team to be favorites in the tag team tournament to determine the number one contenders for said titles.

#8 Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio

At number eight we say another tag team in Mysterio and Cara who teamed up with the WHC Sheamus to defeat Alberto Del Rio, Ricardo Rodriquez and David Otunga. the duo have not lost a match since teaming together. The two however, have to watch their backs when it comes to the Prime Time Playas.

#7 John Cena

Yes I know a lot of you will probably think he should be higher on this list. The fact of the matter is though, Cena is hurt and cannot compete so that drops him down a few pegs. Smart thinking on Cena's part this week by using a lead pipe against CM Punk

#6 Team Hell No

Daniel Bryan and Kane who finally got a tag team name, Team Hell No, were at it again this week. This time at a diner role playing, per Dr.Shelby. Once again these segments were hilarious as this is the most entertaining "odd couple" I have seen in quite some time. Later on in the night however, they were attacked from behind by the Rhodes Scholars. This duo better get on the same page soon or they can kiss those titles away.

#5 The Miz

Yes I know, The Miz was defeated by Ryback in less than three minutes. However, he is still the IC Champion. It'll be interesting to see how Miz bounces back after the loss. Miz number five this week but, his time on the rankings might be short if he doesn't step up his game.

#4 Ryback

Speaking of Ryback, he comes in at number four. Ryback has been on such a hotstreak so far and beat his toughest opponent  to date, Miz, in less than three minutes. and by the of the night he was face to face the Champ, CM Punk. Could he be the new contender for the title?

#3 Sheamus

The World Heavyweight Champion had a good week with a 6 man tag team victory that included the thorn in his side, Alberto Del Rio. The new foe that Sheamus has to keep an awful big eye on is The Big Show.

#2 CM Punk

CM Punk had an interesting week that included blackmailing the GM, A.J., and declining Cena's match proposal. Paul Heyman doesn't make matters better after he was slapped by A.J.. Punk wants respect and is getting it from me by being number two on this list. CM has been running through the RAW roster for almost a year now but, his biggest obstacle to date could be the monster, Ryback.

#1 Jerry Lawler

This ranking is more of sentimental one than anything else. It was great to see Lawler in such high hopes during his interview from his home in Memphis. Get well soon Jerry!

Jerry Lawler: The Legend That Keeps On Giving

Jerry "The King" Lawler has really earned that nickname of the king over his career. From his days in Memphis to now, Lawler has done pretty much everything in his career. He has held multiple championships in fact more than anyone else. Lately though, Lawler has been used to enhance talent by becoming an announcer and also sometimes used to wrestle main event talent. In early 2011 Jerry went into a feud with then WWE champion the Miz for his title. This was Lawler first chance at the WWE title and he fought hard in a ladder match where he almost captured the championship.
Jerry vs. The Miz ladder match

He would lose to Miz one last time to end his dreams of becoming the champion of World Wrestling Entertainment. It seems through the years "The King" has been a proving ground for Superstars to prove that they deserve respect, which shows how much of an impact the hall of famer has had on the pro wrestling world.

Enter the newest Superstar to go after Lawler, CM Punk. The WWE Champion has gone on a tirade trying to get respect from his peers after he has shown them respect by letting them main event instead of him even being the WWE Champion. Well Lawler seemed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time on the 8-20-12 episode of RAW. As CM Punk just gave Lawler a beating to prove he is the man.  He called out Lawler last night on RAW and told him basically the truth that he is part of the problem why he is getting no respect by slandering him. Punk wanted to fight Lawler and Jerry accepted. The audience had the decision which turned into a steel cage match. Punk destroyed Lawler locking him into the cage and kneeing him over and over again in the skull. Before that occurred though, Jerry looked strong against the champ. It just shows how great The King can be used and I'm sure how he will be used until he decides not to bring the tights anymore and just announce the action. I don't see that happening soon.
